This is a great 1 day course, run by Exmoor Adventures, to introduce both kayak and canoe skills on flat water. An ideal candidate will be trying canoeing and kayaking for the first time or have some previous experience. You will be taught a range of skills and techniques to paddle both froms of craft as well as rescue techniques and safety considerations.

With a range of skills, activities and a journey around Wimbleball Lake to cap the day off, you are guaranteed to learn more about the sport and improve your skills.

Minimum age for this course is 14 (must be accompanied by parent).

All equipment is provided: kayaks, canoes, cags, wetsuits and buoyancy aids.
